Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be:
Unused and in original condition
In original packaging with all tags intact
Non-returnable items:
Garbage bags and personal use items (due to hygiene reasons)
Custom-made or personalized products
Discounted or clearance items
Return Process
Email us at [[email protected]] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will verify your request and share return instructions.
You must ship the product back to us in secure packaging to prevent damage.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to:
Wrong product sent
Damaged/defective product
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
